Pricing questions answered

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

No. You can start your 14-day free trial without entering any payment information. You'll only be asked for a payment method when your trial ends and you choose to continue.

What happens when my trial ends?

When your 14-day trial ends, you'll be prompted to add a payment method and choose a plan. If you don't, your account will be suspended — but your data is retained for 30 days so you can reactivate at any time.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page in your portal. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my device limit?

If you try to add more devices than your plan allows, you'll be prompted to upgrade. Existing devices continue to work normally — we never disconnect devices mid-subscription.

Is annual billing really 20% cheaper?

Yes. When you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free — effectively a 20% discount. The full annual amount is charged upfront.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a pro-rated refund for annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days. Monthly plans are not refunded. Contact support if you have a specific situation you'd like us to review.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Authorize.net. Your card details are tokenized and never stored on our servers.
